Social Media Coordinator
We’re looking for a Social Media Coordinator to work directly under our Senior Marketing Manager, supporting the team in creating and delivering creative content for 100+ shows each month alongside our current Social Media Coordinator.
This role is detail-oriented and results-driven: your work will directly impact ticket sales and fan experience across our international tours. You’ll play an important part in keeping our marketing operations running smoothly day-to-day.
Responsibilities
Pitch and develop creative video concepts designed for virality.
Film and edit short-form content with humor, personality, and cultural awareness.
Appear on camera and bring energy to the content when needed.
Search and adapt content from our show archive into viral-ready videos.
Spot and jump on trends quickly, tailoring them to our brands.
Provide quick-turnaround posts around events, shows, or trending topics.
Collaborate with the team to plan content calendars around big moments.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience growing a TikTok or Instagram account (personal, agency, or brand).
Strong on-camera presence and confidence in filming self-led content.
Ability to create a high volume of viral ready posts in a short period of time.
A track record of creative, funny ideas that resonate online.
Basic editing skills (phone editing apps, CapCut, Canva, or similar).
Passion for music, nightlife, and pop culture (bonus if you love emo, disco, Broadway, or indie).
Organized, proactive, and able to turn ideas into content quickly.
Compensation: $21 – $24 per hour commensurate with experience with discretionary bonuses
Senior Account Executive, Group Sales
We are hiring a senior, hands-on sales leader to own direct-to-consumer sales across our brands. This role focuses on building relationships with fans, driving group and VIP ticket sales, and creating a structured, repeatable sales process across a high-volume touring business.
The position offers uncapped upside tied directly to performance, and the opportunity for the right candidate to grow this function over time, including helping to shape and ultimately build a dedicated sales team as the business scales.
This is a pure sales role with clear ownership and accountability, ideal for someone who enjoys both closing deals and building systems.
Responsibilities
Own direct, 1:1 sales to customers across our brands
Sell and evolve offerings including
Group ticket packages
VIP experiences
Membership or pass-style products
Repeat-attendance bundles
Cross-brand offers that encourage fans to experience multiple events across our different brands
Build relationships with high-value and repeat customers
Proactively prospect and follow up via CRM, email, phone, text, and DMs
Maintain a clean, visible pipeline and track activity and revenue
Be present at events to meet customers, host groups, and close sales
Establish sales workflows, tracking, and playbooks that support scale
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership to align offers and execution
Light social media contributions, around specific offerings.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in ticket sales, group sales, or direct sales
Background in sports, venues, nightlife, hospitality, or live events strongly preferred
Comfortable owning a quota and being measured on revenue performance
Experienced with CRM tools and pipeline management
Strong communicator with a relationship-driven sales approach
Builder mentality: you enjoy creating structure where none exists
Comfortable working nights, weekends, and traveling around the country to events
Motivated by performance-based compensation and high upside
Compensation: $85K per year base salary with uncapped commission

Assistant, Marketing
We’re looking for an Assistant, Marketing hire to work directly under our Senior Marketing Manager, supporting the team in creating and delivering successful marketing efforts for 100+ shows each month. You’ll help ensure that every show is marketed effectively, venues are fully supported, and ads are executed seamlessly.
This role is detail-oriented and results-driven: your work will directly impact ticket sales and fan experience across our international tours. You’ll play an important part in keeping our marketing operations running smoothly day-to-day.
Responsibilities
Represent the company in venue communications, connecting our team to venue teams nationwide
Assist with building and sending Mailchimp email campaigns and SMS blasts
Coordinate with venues to ensure they have all marketing materials and are satisfied with promotional efforts
Support the Paid Media Manager with ad trafficking, asset delivery, and campaign management
Track marketing deliverables and deadlines across 100+ monthly shows per month
Collaborate with the marketing team to support key launches, tours, and special events
What We’re Looking For
1–2 years of marketing or administrative experience preferred (internships count!)
Familiarity with Mailchimp or similar email marketing platforms
Familiarity with Meta
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines at once
Proactive, collaborative, and excited to support a fast-moving marketing team
Passion for live music and events across multiple genres including emo/alternative, indie, musical theater, disco, and more
